Connect OP3 panel to PC adapter USB A2

Hello,
I am trying to connect my computer to an old OP3 through a PC Adapter USB A2. The problem I am facing is that both devices have a male DB9 connector (I am not able to connect the OP3 directly to the adapter and its cable is a male to male one), so I suppose I need to make male-to-female converter. Can anybody tell me where can I find the pinout of this cable?
