How to temporary enable the Windows key combinations in WinCC RT which were previously disabled ?

I know how to disable some Windows key combinations for WinCC RT.
This prevents of unauthorized closing the running WinCC RT project, or access to Windows resources (Start menu, Desktop, etc.) on Workstation against hacker or crazy operator :-)
But how can I, as programmer, temporary have the access to Windows resources or other applications in this case and after that go back to WinCC RT project screens and have key combinations disabled again ?

Is it only possible using some scripts ?

I use WinCC 7.0 + SP3+Upd1

Thanks in advance.
