Dear Experts, I really need your help on this matter. My line manager gave me an assignment to Design a PLC programme for a moisture meter that will be sensing the level of moisture content in our production line. We are into sesame production. Sesame is grain in nature. And before final package we need to be checking for the moisture content. The moisture content must be displayed on the HMI. THESE ARE MY QUESTIONS.
1. WHAT TYPE OF MOISTURE SENSOR I CAN USE WHICH WILL COMMUNICATE WITH MY ANALOG CARD ON THE PLC. 0-10V, OR 4ma-20ma?
2.CAN I USE FC 105 SCALE TO READ THE ANALOG SIGNAL FROM THE MOISTURE SENSOR? I USE FC 105 SCALE FOR OUR DRYING SECTION WITH PT100 TEMPERATURE SENSOR.
Please, I just need your guide..
Thanks.

Best Regards,
Femi
