system requirements for For redundant WinCC servers

hello everyone...
I need to make a redundant system:
-2 servers
-1 client
In my PC's it's installed windows 7 professional sp1,i read that i need windows server 2008/2012 if i want to do redundancy,it' not working with win 7 prof?
