Remote configuration center ThinClient 15"

Can not make a copy of configurations ThinClient PRO 15" by Remote configuration center v.1.0, finding the old and the new device for scanning, but does not transmit Discription (or rather not all) ...
What is wrong?

I need a copy, because the password on the Sm@srtAcess not known.
