data logging on wincc flex 2008

hi,
Im a newbie in wincc flex,,and i need some help on data logging on wincc,,,is there a way to personalize the table logfile written on csv format? the only data i get was the following VAR NAME,TIMESTRING,VARVALUE,TIME_MS...Is there a way to personalize or organize this data? thnx,,,,
