TP170B color boot problem

Hello
I've a problem when tried to boot a TP170B pannel.It doesn't boot
It is impossible connect with it in order to reset to factory settings or OS update ,even with null modem serial cable ,neither with MPI or PPI.
The only way it let me backup or restore is by CF card
Can anybody send me any CF card image for this exact modle of pannel?
