Hello to all, i need a help about an installation of Wincc

I have a new customer that have already a project. This project is a wincc 7.0 sp2 version and running under Windows 2008 server ( english )

The project have two Language : English and russian ( cirillic character )

In may office now i would like to replicate a same machine but i do not read in russian . a ??????? will be display instead string.

I try to serch in internet a Language pack / MUI or other for Windows but not result.

Anyone can suggest or help me ?

I have install russiann Language in my machine and install , but the result is the same. Always ????? instead of string.

The project languge is'nt RUSSIAN but BELARUS

there are a difference ? seraching into Microsoft site there is'nt a Belarus language

my operating systeme is WINDOWS SERVER 2008 STANDARD in english.

After the Language pack installation i use english Language because if i switch Windows in russian it's impossible for me use Windows or other
