tag address

I have an wincc flexible source file.
simotion D435 is controller in this project.
I don't know how to addressing the tags in the wincc program?

for example :
tag name : plate_stop1
tag address : 10-01-00-01-00-01-84-03-86-b8
type :bool
symbol : plate-s

I don't know what is means "10-01-00-01-00-01-84-03-86-b8"

When variables are declared in Simotion and used in WinCC Flexible, a variable address, determined by compilation process, is used to access the variable. You can see it is a long HEX number in WinCC Flexible tag address.
