[?]: Start runtime whitout start WinCC explorer

Hello to all, sometimes my customer exit from Wincc Runtime for use the pc for other operations.
My customer ask to me if it's possible to restart project without start the Wcc Explorer ( like autostart ) , for example througt a shortcut into desktop
Anyone know how to do ?
