[?]: I need "MP377_V1_0_4_0.img" file

Dear All
I need "MP377_V1_0_4_0.img" file which install with wincc flex (Siemens --> WinCC Flex -->WinCC Flex Images)
I will appriciate that so much.
Also how can I reset to factory settings? I select Reset factory setting and wrote the mac address of the panel but noting happend.
