Use WinCC Flexible 2008 SP2 (I use https://www.virtualbox.org/ machine)
ProTool Migration:
Because of the neccessary changes for the 64 Bit support under Windows 7, the ProTool migration cannot be offered any more with Service Pack 3 for WinCC flexible 2008.
