[?]: i can not upload tp 177 b mono type program?

Hi every body
i have a TP177 HMI and its program can not start at start up so i tried to back up the program using prosave and using aflash memory but i can not any body has any idea to get this program

What kind of message did you receive there? Perhaps the cable which you are using is not good.

i tried this cable on a new one and successfully connected downloading and uploading and its connected to the old one but can not upload i tried to use a flash memory to make aback up but after 3 minutes a message says back up failed appears
do you have any suggestions?
