[?]: Touch TP177B Transfer failed error with adapter rs232

I continue not to perceive siemens

in one touch screen Siemens TP177B PN/DP 6"
I can download the project from PC to Touch by comunication Ethernet, all is OK. not problems
With an adapter rs232/rs485 i can download the OS_Update, i can upload in BackTransfer but when i try download the project I receive this message from error:

"Please wait until RT as been shut down"

and after some seconds this

"Transfer failed"

with adapter RS232/RS485 from PC i use comunication RS232/PPI, it is correct

somebody explains where it will be the problem
