I have CPU S7-400 . It has Flash ROM .But CPU is protected with password

Now I want to upload program from the CPU

Who could you help me to have way to do ?

I Know that you shall transfer your program to hex at first .
if any body helps for transfer program to HEX I can tell you that what can you do after taht
