[?]: How to duplicate Honeywell care 8 key ?

We have Honeywell Care 8 Licence Key ( USB U3 ).

Has some one any idea to duplicate this USB key.

Try to make backup file for USB key and use another one new to do restore the file . I use this method to make a copy of siemens and allen bradley original authorization keys.

this flash drive use U3-tochnology for protection of license.
I also have usb-key but think in the near future it's impossible to create dump of usb-key.

Hi Artbistr,

One sure fire way around the U3 technology is using a Hex Editor. Most hex editors will allow you to "dump" an entire drive. A simple way is to dump the drive into the hex editor, take the dumped information and copy it to notepad or any other ascii text editor (do NOT use WordPad or Microsoft Word), then copy that drive information back onto another usb drive.

There are a lot of good hex editors out there, just be REAL careful when you use one. You can do some SERIOUS mucking up if you are not careful.

I also think that on U3-flash some licesing soft is running. And it has some information/binding like id-number & so on about flash-drive... Dump is uninteresting, I think so.
