Connect Beckhoff and SMC drive controller via Ethernet-IP

Hello,

I am trying connect Beckhoff (EL6652 EthernetIP scanner) and electric drive Controller SMC (JXC91). I used EDS file from SMC, all settings looks good, but the state of JXC91 device in beckhoff hardware configuration is 1 - Connection disconnected. (But the scan of connected devices find the JXC91 controller).
Is here somebody, who try the same as me?
