Beckhoff Image, OS not found

I have a CX5010-0111, i bought a compact flash and asked beckhoff for the correct image, they send me a download link and gave me some basic instructions, just to format compact flash to Fat32, copy the image files from the zip i downloaded to the root of the compact flash, and basically that would be all, but my device doesn't recognize the files. In the Bios screen there's a message that says that the Operative system wasn't found. I don't know what to do, I asked beckhoff again for a solution, but nothing has worked.

This is the link where i download the image.
One thing i notice is that maybe the problem is my cf card. I got another device CX1010 with the original beckhoff CF card, i made an image backup of this new controller and move it into the compact flash i used on my cx5010, and it boot into a failure, it shows on the screen "FAT Init failed" even tho the image is exactly the same as of the beckhoff cf card. I formatted my cards on FAT and FAT32 and nothing happen.
