Mitsubishi GX Works 3

Dear Experts
I am little familiar with Siemens S7300 PLC programing & even TIA portal but not familiar with Mitsubishi GX Works 3
Like I was going thro one project on Mitsubishi GX Works 3, M8000 was used - please confirm if M8000 means always ON?
