Error of PLC Fatek!!!

Dear all,
I have got a program PLC Fatek, use HSC0 read encoder signal (phase A, phase B, counting mode A/B*4, 32 bit Hardware Counter). Value of encoder is saved R4096. Program is alarm error when R4097 < 0. I don't understand when R4097<0. Error not allways repeat.
