Sontheim Fireboard Evo Print LP3

Hello i have Sontheim Fireboard Evo Print LP3 in 3D binder jet printer conected by IP protocol and by second way by Ethercat to OPC and Siemens plc by profibuss to OPC . Whole box is probably OK as its work in most times good. But i need to get to configuration for backup and customization. I dont have manual and no ethercat file. It dont have web server. And i dont know propper acces by telnet or ssh. But i think its some kind of serial over IP but with specific respons what i was able to get by wireshark in twincat2 i can find only box nothing else no files inside box. Can anyone help me with manual and software for this box?
