fuji "FTL010H" & "FTF56-N"units problem

hi all
i am facing a problem with a fuji plc system that content of controller "FTF56-N" and expansion unit "FTL010H" . the problem is when the machine turn on the "RUN" led of "FTL010H" flashing and the "RUN" led of "FTF56-N" is on, after few seconds the ALM2 led of "FTL010H" turn on and ALM & ALM1 & ALM2 leds of "FTF56-N" turn on
can anyone help me please
