I have few MP2200 PLC and USER-A after uploading project have w1r0 privilege and can't open blocks. I know, how see program, but you can't monitor it.
When you create new project USER-A have w7r7 privilege. After uploading project, system want to restart project to change user privilege. Click cancel. After that open environment settings - user registration - open USER-A - OK - Apply - OK. After that, restart project. Now you have USER-A with same w7r7 privilege and you can see program blocks, but you can't monitor it, because user privilege data inside PLC different.
