Trouble PLC Xinje XC3-24T-E

I have a proble with my PLC Xinje XC3-24T-E that the led Power is ON but Led RUN is off. After that I try to troubleshooting with program xcp pro but when I try to connect the cable data to PLC, can not connect.. can you help me how to online with this PLC?

Hi, I ever faced with same problem. You must have a good and reliable communication cable (RS232 or USB cable) to connect it. Let try again, good luck to you.
