Programming Mitsubishi FX2n-10GM with FX-PCS-VPS/WIN-E

Hello everybody, I'm looking for FX-PCS-VPS/WIN-E to program FX2n-10GM. Is this only one possibility to program this module?. I have to replace broken modul with new one. I have backup project. But I cannot open it in GX Works or GX Developer.
