Beckhoff Key for Supplement

It seems the licensing method for the Ethernet/IP slave (for CE) has changed. I used to be able to install the CAB on any CX controller. Now with a CX8090 in System Manager under Protocol tab it is asking to insert a key. Does anyone have experience with this?
