i have installed the version 10.3 on xp sp3 choosing pfofessional plus while running it points to getcards failed, after that the station configurator comes up it takes me upto configuring control network check box then flags an error message.
pls advice

this is the actual scenario
when i start the computer, it initializes and i get this mesage error in GetNetwork cards get adaptors info failed.
when i click ok the configuration wizard comes up and continue till systems preference
i then click ok without checking any boxes
in deltav workstation configurator dialog box i chosed simplex then click next ,type or select network name i give deltavthen click next.

then it starts to instal the following and ticking;
1 setting security
2 removing deltav services
3 saving configuration
4 copying files
5 configuringcontrol network
then stopd and display the following

An error has occured opening the registry for primary network card. see your admin for an explanation of error. cannot create a file when that file already exist.


please help me or if i can only install the simulation i will be ok i need this to learn, as wehave this system at work and i need a better understanding of it.

can anyone help me with the steps to install deltaV 10.3 or 12.3 on windows 7...i geting error "Deltav cannot be installed on this OS. Please refer to Vistahelp.chm for the list of supported OS" & "Deltav cannot be installed on this OS. Please refer to KBA AP-1000-0015 for the list of supported OS"
