Hi every body
Ihave a problem with my UNIOP ek04, this unit is not responding when i try to enter configuration mode
I pressed Enter for two seconds and all i have is a bright screen with horizontal line at the top,
I tried to power up screen with three keys pressed, Result is the same bright screen .
note: Project is working correctly and all pages and menus are working only system menu is not working.
I Have A designer software, and Serial cable, but i need to enter configuration mode to be able to upload software.
Plz i need Help
