Has anybody had experience with SEL relay? Could you give me some advise with SEL SCD Tool (AcSELerator Architect):that how to make some GOOSE between SEL relay with another vendors (AREVA, SIEMENS).I seen with different SEL relay, in this software can not see anything about GOOSE Receive and GOOSE Transmit. So how can interoperability between other vendors by SEL software, please share your experience?
Has anybody had 3rd-third party tool work fine that we can decide what will be sent (published) and what will be received (subscription, or client definition) for the GOOSE messages and after that we can import in the local tools and from them the IEDs will be instructed to do what is written in the SCD file?
