[?]: convert old version project to new Concept XL V2.6

Dear all,

i have file project of concept xl old version ( dont know of series ),
and now i want to open that project in to Concept XL V2.6
how to open that project..? can i convert ?
i try to convert with concept converter .. then i have error

"Global DFB-path : C:\Concept\DFB\
WARNING: FB Type C:\CONCEPT\DFB\LIGHT could not be opened for read/write access
ERROR : Analyzer : Project inconsisten"

what is the problem? is it right to convert?

it is possible to open older concept program in the later version .. no need for any conversion (unless its is modsoft or any other software)
