Remove hardware lock from ABB AC800m PLC

Can anybody help me out ot remove the hardware lock from ABB AC800M PLC. there is attached one Ethernet(RJ45) pin lock with PLC. If it is removed the PLC doesnt works. This PLC is attached with crane system having crane program.

I don't understand which "hardware lock" you mean. Please more details..
RJ45 on AC 800M are for TCP/IP communication, not for dongle

Its a green colour rectangular crane license dongle attached to the COM 3 port of Controller. the detail on this device is as mentioned below:

That's something new for me
But I think address of this dongle should be specified in the crane application program (in Control builder).
In this case you can create bypass by changing application program.
P.S. This is not Ethernet port. This COM port (for connection using TK212 cable).

thnx for reply. the program libraries are pwd protected. also various standard & crane custom libraries are pwd locked. I want to remove the same. If u can show me the method to remove the password I can do the rest of one.

System library password cannot be removed because it have both attributes - "secured" and "released".
At least up to now I didn't found the way to make it.
I can only unrelease nonsecured and unsecure nonreleased.
"Know how" is complicated and require knowledgement in x86 assembler and decryption tables.
You upload project - I will send you a list of passwords (from all of password-protected libraries used in project).
