I have the software Freelance 2000 version 3.3 for Freelancer Controllers under windows NT and I want upgrade this previous version to Freelance 2000 v6.2 under Windows 2000 but i don't know how to do it.it's clear for yoy now ?

I think such upgrade not possible. Freelance v6.2 you can install for win2k but projects for v3.3 and v6.2 are linked to different hardware definitions (libraries) so you may need make changes in projects after upgrade. Only program logic keeps same.

if I use version 9.1 I have no problems with the hardware configuration? if not, can give me the procedure to be followed

What kind of 800F hardware you have (PLC, communication boards and IO)?
You can easily check compatibility by installing v9.1, opening old project and trying download program to 800F.
There are maybe limitations for very old hardware, same as in 800M - can operate with existing block but can't insert a new block.
