I need to convert a control panel Esab Aristo U82 plus in a presentation unit. i use this in that configuration:
- power source - Esab MIG 4001iw + Esab Aristo W82 Devicenet (slave) + Esab Aristo U82
- robot - Fanuc ARC MATE 100iC/6L ; Devicenet (master)
I read in documentation from Esab that I need 2 file : update.txt and reset.txt; but i don’t have... and i don't succeed to make them (in documentation is a procedure how to do that but.....)
Also I need ESAB DeviceNet IO Profile ; I have 3 profile (7bit memory, large memory model and small memory model) but it's not for my device, or it's something wrong in what i do.
Now I could to send from robot to welding equipment all digital signal, but I can’t send voltage and current.
and from welding to robot ... it's something but because I didn't have correct ESAB DeviceNet IO Profile or I wrong something ...
