Hello!
Can anyone tell me how to compare application logic of the PLC program either in Ladder or ST or anyother language using Unity Pro XL V4.0?

If you woud like to detailed compare of two projects (application), so it is not possible.
Unity Pro have the tools to only check identical Name, Version and Date of compilation ("Compare") of Project / Application between PC and PLC (Menu->PLC->Compare...) or between PLC Memory and Card (Menu->PLC->Project Bacup...->Backup Compare). It not show you what difference there is, but only equal or not.

This Unity Pro option provides users with the ability to compare two different Unity Pro project files. It generates a report that identifies differences between the two projects. Users can review the generated report on-screen, save the report as a file, or print the report.

Unity Dif realy work, but show differences of initial values variables in structures without name of certain variable (only name of strucktures).
Differenses in ST language show correct.
Registration makes like
here - for Unity Pro - by changing BrickLicenceManager.dll and next registration with any values!
