[?+]: Quantum Ethernet I/O Scanner using Concept

Hello!

I am using Ethernet I/O scanner in Quantum PLC & Concept XL V2.6 software.
For the status of communication, I am using Health Bits 1x registers.
When there is no communication between Quantum & remote device the health bit is low, and after succesfull communication bit goes high and never fall down, even the communication fail.
I am using health timeout 20msec.

Please guide is there anyother problem with Health Status of the Ethernet I/O Scanner.
OR Is there anyother method to check the communication status of Ethernet I/O Scanner.

Did you try to increase health timeout?

The problem has solved by increaseing the timeout more than that of rep. time,
We also reduce the timeout of the ethernet gateway from which we were scanning the Etherenet I/Os.
