do you know if the beckhoff twnicat works on virtual machine?

Because in my factory we have a lot of problems with the beckhoff pc, i'm trying to run the plc runtime on a virtual machine to buckup it and in case of a crash of the sistem i'll be able to change it without making a new installation of windows and beckhoff

anyone can help me ??

I´f you don´t nead hardware! You don´t have problems in use virtual pc.
I use VMware to test my plc programs with TCP/IP comunications...

Tell me, what kind of problems you have??

do you know if the virtual machine works with the FC5102 CANopen master PC interface card 2 channels, Beckhoff, PCI bus ??

You can not use PCI bus in virtual machines.
You don´t have access to your hardware.

I only use TCP/IP protocol with virtual machines.
