Conection beetwin S400 and Kubler encoder lost

Hi all,
I have problem with Kubler encoder who communicating with plc with profibus. On the conector just lit power led and diag led slowly flash. Recently on the original encoder wire snap and i change encoder with new. He work some time but now he lost bus led. Encoder isn`t last in profibus connection and all other station work corectly. I change the conector but that doesn`t change anything. In the kubler documentation for this write that i need to send configuration to encoder. Will solve problem if i download to plc (S400) hardware configuration or i must do someting else.
