Communication Atlascopco GA 75 and Simatic???

Post by oleksandr_ua » Sun Feb 01, 2015 6:37 pm

Hi.
Could you provide technical support for equipment Atlascopco?
We have installed 16 compressors Atlascopco GA 75 controllers Elektronikon (1900 5200 11) (see photo).
How can I read data (some telegrams) with these 16 devices (eg Profibus)?
How many converters do I need?
Please send us the documentation for these converters.
We have Elektronikon port RS485, is Modbus?

Hi.

You need a MKV Gateway. RS485 port is used in variable speed drive (vsd) machines. The MKV Gateway provides Profibus and Modbus.

Hi,
I've the same Elektronikon MK5, have you find it yet? please share :D

I want to use the modbus but stuck with finding manual book, Atlas copo is stingy.
even the china MAM KY02S came out with manual for modbus, with china language though.
