!!! HV9910B and improved HV9961 are generic disease and can be burned at any time
The first batch of devices worked normally.
The second batch turned out to be unworkable 50/50%, some chips in the moments of transition phase through a 0 "crazy" - do not turn off the transistor.
The result - increase in the current situation and the excercise of "short-circuit at the output."
Thus, the LEDs start to flicker.

Первая партия устройств работала нормально.
Вторая партия оказалась неработоспособной 50/50%: некоторые микросхемы в моменты перехода фазы через 0 "сходят с ума" - не выключают транзистор. Результат - рост тока и отрабатывание ситуации "КЗ на выходе". Таким образом, светодиоды начинают мерцать.
