why I can not download the files

dear all,
I try to download some files several times, but I always get a 5.14k broken files.
who can tell me the reason?

Dear autosofwxd,
Did you download it by IE or third-party tools?
You have to download it by IE, otherwise you would not get the whole file correctly.

yes, I download the files by IE, and everytime got a 5.15k broken files. so you sure you can download most of files?

as the instruction,
I get download successfully.
after I download a small file,
i have to wait more time to download again.
so is it necessary that I have to buy some points to download big files?
