it also could be :
put this line in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
5.29.158.219 plcforum.uz.ua
and run ipconfig /flushdns in cmd

регистрацию plcforum.uz,ua каждые 2 года надо продлевать...
но в этом году пока не получилось...
запустили

имена фамилии явки прежние
plcforum.uz.ua registration needs to be renewed every 2 years...
but this year it didn't work...

A little bit precisation:
from IT the domain as above is unavaiable but with the direct ip address 77.138.222.180 is showing the home page, but after a login (the logins data are saved!!) the browser point again to resolved address, with the above errors, but if sobstituting the resolved address with the above ip address the forum (with login credentials) is showing ...
Is the DNS problem solvable?

A bit more checks:
plcforum.uz.ua resolve correct to 77.138.222.180
but
http://plcforum.work.gd cannot resolve
is possible to add a line to this DNS record for resolving also http:// ?

"http://" it isn't part of DNS record, but point to protocol & port used only
for check availability please follow to this tools

for example traceroute from Milano to
http://plcforum.work.gd come within 85ms to right IP (77.138.222.180)

Hello Sania,
both PING and TRACERT works flawless, givimg me back the right IP resolved 77.138.222.180 (I think at this point that is the only website on this webserver)
I've found the point: my antivirus tell me that this domain is infected by BotNet ...
this is a scan by another authority

it`s because new domain & have no reputation.
our old domain was worked from around 2015.
but for sure, it`s the old forum, old physically server, old DBs, nothing not changed except domain name.
