problem with omron onverter 3g3hv

hello evry body
i have a problem with a Omron iverter; it give a error EF3, and i cant Reset this error also i cant enter to progam to make some change it give us only two chose (Fin and Montr)
we cheack the terminals evry thing is good we remove all the controle Cable from S1 to S3 without any result

i need your help about this

Please check if there isn't nothing insede, like dust and humidity on pin s3, because the manual said that error is a external error on terminal S3, and if you already remove all control cables it may be that the issue.
try to reset the inverter to factory default and see if the problem solved it self.

mybe there is a problem with controle cable but i cheack it with and without cables no result, also in my appilication i dont need terminal 3
for make reset factory i think i must enter to Progm but the driver give me only two chose Fin and Montr
so how i can do reset factory
