YASKAWA Configuration

Hello colleagues!
There is a packaging machine with an A1000 drive on a conveyor.
Five signals come from the controller.
1. Run forward
2. Jog
3. Reset alarm
4. Emergency stop
5. Transporter

Signals Jog, Emergency stop, Reset alarm work adequately (standard), ON is active.
The "Run forward" signal is always ON (unless there is an alarm). The signal "Transporter" in the stop is ON, it should start the conveyor by OFF.
How should the two inputs S1 and S5 be configured for the Run forward and "Transporter" signals.
