Flow meter Siemens Sitrans Fue080

Hi.
I have got a problem with Siemens Sitrans F080. The flow meter display indicates Internal fault (F4). What does it means. In the documentation supplier writes "In case of Internal fault contact the supplier". Does everyone knows how to solve (apart to contact the supplier) this Internal fault and the reason why its appears?
