I need run this application in InTouch , in InTouch 9.5 appears thie error message "Most move application in to 8.3 path"

Your applicaion is made with Intouch 5.6. And first must convert to version 6.0 and after that convert to 9.5 or 10.0. License for Intouch 6.0 you can find here.
Try this link and chose the "right" version of Intouch

the link you have provided contains only upgrades (i.e: you must have intouch 5.6 installed prior to use the one from the site)

from where we can get a full intouch5.6 and intouch6 softwares?
