ESA SC103A panel flew WinCe

Good day! There are two SC103A panels (https://www.cospa.ru/upload/iblock/c26/ ... _sheet.pdf), WinCE crashed. Writes "Enternet boot 1.05. Use the factory setting". The question is whether it is possible to load the shell, are there any special programs. SmartClick only downloads the control program.
