Hello someone would be able to convert the WWAdmUsr Intouch dll library to be able to read the password again.
Users and passwords are saved in the password.bin file (with hash) and from the 2014 R2 SP1 P02 version it is no longer possible to have the password with this library .
Is there any geek maybe bringing the dll in C # who has time and want to try?

I don't know if it is on topic and it is useful - there was an old tip to replace the password file with another file which is generated from the fresh installation of intouch...

There’s no way to read hashed file. But you can compare the hashed content with another hashed known content. That’s the idea. So, in your case you should know some or partially the info which you are searching for.
