How to Factory Reset the Vijeo Designer???

Help please on how to factory reset the vijeo designer application means deleting the program inside vijeo designer HMI panel. :( :( :(

What is the model of HMI? Vijeo Designer is a software, HMI is Magelis.

Did you try to download empty project to it? If it is protected with Download Security, you can transfer project via USB / SD Card.

Sorry I mean HMI Panel Magelis XBTGT5330. Because the Download Security was enabled before then they forgot the password. And now It's okay, I'm using CF card or USB Flash Drive. Thanks.
