Can't access ftp://ftp.automacao.com.br/Suporte/INST ... 0_2003.nrg without an authentication.

I'm having trouble installing FIX32 7.0 1999 version to a machine without a physical parallel port. I have an USB to LPT adapter connected, but running the installation shows an error "setupkey error starting key service. err = 6".
