[?+] HMIGXO in Vijeo designer 6.2

Dear All
I install Vijeo designer 6.2 software but when I try to use HMIGXO3502 Magelis hmi touch screen I did not find it in the software when I create new product what can I do to solve this problem???

The minimum Version of Vijeo Designer to use GXO HMI is Vijeo Designer 6.0 SP2. If you have the licensed version of Vijeo Designer V6.0 SP2, then you are able to add the GXO series of HMI in the software.
Upgrading the software is free of cost.
For this follow the procedure below:
1. In Vijeo Designer, click on the Help menu, then click on About.
2. In the dialog window, select the Licence tab, then click on the Upgrade button.
3. You may then put the upgrade reference number as VJDHTGTGX and press upgrade.
After that you are able to view the GXO Series panels in your Vijeo Designer project configurations.

Hello!
First of all, thank you for your post, it worked just fine, in the first attempt. I used this information
for Vojeo Designer 6.1.
But, nowdays, I have to work with SoMachine 4.1 and Vijeo 6.2 (6.1 still installed
on my PC), and I did the same, but GXO family does not appears as selectable in SoMachine. Any kind of
help will be apreciated, but most of all, a link for a programming guide (else language than chinese
)
for this GXO family, will save me from further problems.
